For my film, I would possibly consider a smaller or independent production company as it is quite a low-budget horror film. Using a smaller production company will mean that the process is somewhat cheaper and will allow there to be more of a budget to create the film itself. I would possibly also consider an online distributor like Netflix. A distributor like this would give my film an opportunity to flourish for a much lower risk than if I released it in the cinema and a definite profit.
I created my own production credits to add to my trailer. To create my credits, I used iMovie, and then transferred them into Adobe Premiere Elements 15. In this programme, I moved the credits throughout the trailer to see where they fitted best. In the end, I used the credits to break up the narrative half-way through the trailer and to create an more ominous effect. I used these conventionally in my trailer to indicate the genre. By using my own photos for my production credits, I was able to make sure that they were dark and ominous to suit the genre. This was effective as it continued the dark narrative of the trailer, and didn't stand out too much. I also made the credits fast-paced to ensure that the pace of the trailer continued.
